Brief Description: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation , service and equipment necessary for and incidental to, all designated work. This work includes but is not limited to replacing the waterproofing at the Melville Terrace roof, adjoining stairs, and various stairs around Michelson and Chauvenet Halls and incidental related work.
