Repair Bldg. 3080 Walls and Asbestos Removal
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The purpose of this project is to remove the asbestos containing sheetrock, wood furring strips and insulation in the two high bays in building 3080, rooms 109 and 110. The existing CMU walls are to remain. All surface run electrical and fire alarm/detection devices are to be temporarily supported and remain in place. These walls will then be reconstructed with new furring strips, insulation and sheetrock. All electrical to remain and fire alarm/detection devices are to be remounted to the new walls.
SPECIAL AWARD PROVISION: This acquisition is being set-aside for 100 percent small business
.NOTICE TO OFFEROR: Funds are not pcurrently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until the funds are made available to the Contracting Officer.
The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.NAICS:
