Repair Base Water Mains Phase III
This requirement is being solicited as an 8(a) Competitive Small Business Set-Aside and will result in the award of a Firm-Fixed Priced Contract.
The designated NAICS code for this requirement is 237110, with a small business size standard of: $33.5M.
The magnitude of construction for this project is between $5M and $10M.
Note: Sections K, L, and M will be physically removed from any resultant award, but will be deemed incorporated by reference in that award.
SITE VISIT: Only one (1) site visit will be conducted. Site visit will be held on: THURSDAY, 28 AUGUST 2014 at 9:00 A.M. (CST).
All interested parties must complete the site visit registration form attached to the solicitation and email it to [email protected] or [email protected] no later than TUESDAY, 26 AUGUST 2014 at 2:00 P.M. (CST).
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the schedule site visit time to gain access to the installation.

FAXED or EMAILED RFPs WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
IAW FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds, Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor recieves notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
ALL PRICES SHALL BE VALID THROUGH 30 SEPTEMBER 2014.
