Repair B262 Innovation Lab
Dover AFB, DE is seeking a contractor to renovate the 1st floor of building 262 (B262) as necessary to comply with specified design standards and with the Statement of Work dated 14 March 2019. The work shall consist of, but is not limited to, architectural/structural, plumbing, electrical, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) modifications. Alterations to the fire protection and communication systems are not anticipated. Please see the full solicitation for more details.
All contractors needing escorted access to attend the site visit must arrive at the Commercial (South) Gate by 1:00 PM (EDT) on 29 June 2019 in order to get through the base access process.
