Repair B 701/704 at Marina ARC in Marina, CA
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement to repair/alter buildings 701 and 704 to transform storage space into office space to include flooring, lighting, latrines, heating with ventilation, and caging at the Marina Army Reserve Center in Marina, CA. Work to be performed under this firm, fixed price contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 with a small business size standard of $36,500,000.
Solicitation W911SA-18-B-2000 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a single award, firm fixed-price contract.
This solicitation will be a 100% Hub Zone Small Business Set aside.
Project magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00
Period of Performance will be 180 days after the notice to proceed.
MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue the solicitation within 60 days of this pre solicitation notice. The site visit date and time will be provided with the solicitation once it is issued.
