Columbus Air Force Base is publicizing this SOURCES SOUGHT notice to gather information.
No solicitation will be issued at this time. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB), and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to use a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Reponses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result. The Air Force will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Any future solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website.
The Government is seeking to identify qualified, experienced, and interested Small Businesses capable of performing the type of work described herein. The following North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applies to this request for information: 237310 (Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction). The size standard for this code is $33.5M.
All parties interested are invited to respond and must be or making efforts to be registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM) database (http://www.sam.gov/). The information requested will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency.
Included is the SOW for this requirement. The specifications will be included in the actual solicitation. Save any questions regarding the SOW for the actual solicitation.
