This is NOT a Request for Proposal. Respondents shall be responsible for any costs associated with preparing responses to this Request for Information (RFI). This is NOT a developmental effort.

Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) has an ongoing requirement for non-personal services associated with the repair, calibration, and/or periodic servicing of all Ballistic Test Equipment and Systems to include (but not limited to) the following CAL-AV Labs branded hardware:

SP-9701 Four Channel EBW Firing System SCU and EDUs
SP-1005 IR Flash Detectors
SP-1201 and 1203 Twelve Channel Strain Completion Boxes
SP-903 Pulse Generator
SP-703 Remote Four Channel Control System

This RFI will help the Government to identify whether industry is able to meet its requirement. Companies who desire to participate are highly encouraged to submit a response which supports the company's claim that they possess the technical capabilities to meet the Government's requirement.
In response to this request, interested parties should identify themselves as a large or small business under NAICS code 811211 Consumer Electronics Repair and Maintenance and identify whether or not an adequate accounting system is in place to support contract types other than Firm Fixed Priced (FAR 16.104(i)). The response should include point(s) of contact. The response should be Microsoft or Adobe formatted, limited to no more than ten (10) pages, and with no additional attachments. Submit response to Contract Specialist, Dominic Milligan at dominic.e.jenkins-milligan.civ@mail.mil. ALL requests for further information must be made via email. Telephone requests for additional information will not be honored.
For questions, potential respondents shall email the Contract Specialist at dominic.e.jenkins-milligan.civ@mail.mil. The government will review submissions as they are received. No report or feedback on your submission will be provided.
RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, 25 July 2017 AT 10:00 AM EST. However, the government reserves the right to close this Sources Sought notice once they have received adequate responses.
