Notice of Intent for Sole Source
Pursuant to FAR subpart 6.302-1, The Naval Hospital Bremerton Contracting Officer, Bremerton WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Advanced Sterilization Products (J & J) in the amount of $26,018.33 for the one time service/repair of the ASP Plasma Sterrad Sterilizer model 100NX. H202 Delivery System, Travel cost and service time, Thus gquarantees system credibility if the equipment is repaired by ASP and not a third party. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the descretation of the Govenrment. Award wil be made using SAP.
