BUILDING 36, SECTIONS BB, 1E AND 2E
ST. LOUIS SITE
Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof to Repair/Replace PAC Units in Building 36, Sections BB, 1E and 2E. Work includes removal by replacement of fifteen Packaged Air Conditioning (PAC) Units serving various areas within these floors. The work shall be performed by a general or mechanical contractor which has experience installing chilled water based PAC units. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NGA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements.
The performance period for this project is 210 days. The contractor shall be required to perform a certain amount of work on premium time to eliminate disruption of Government services.
The approximate cost of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
This work is located at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, which is east of Broadway and south of Arsenal Street in the City of St. Louis.
