Repair/Replace HVAC Systems
Work consists of but is not necessarily limited to repairing/replacing split system heating, ventilation, air- conditioning (HVAC) unit, replacing the rooftop package cooling units, and replacing the rooftop heating and cooling package units. Work includes demolition, repairs, roofing, mechanical, testing and air-balancing, plumbing and electrical work as it relates to the HVAC repairs/replacements and controls work associated with connections to the campus energy management system (EMS).
