Repair/Replace HVAC Bldg 36 STL, MO Project (STL 14-0001)
Work includes the repair by replacement of the existing HVAC system serving the west half of Building 36, Section 3D. The scope includes modifications to the existing mechanical rooms (2) and the removal and replacement of existing suspended ceiling will be performed in two phases. The contractor shall provide temporary facilities in order to maintain normal operations during construction.
The work shall be performed by a general contractor which has 5 years, experience in the mechanical work and general interior renovation. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NGA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements.
The performance period for the project is 275 days. The approximate cost of this project is betweem $500,000 and $1,000,000.
This work is located at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, which is east of Broadway and south of Arsenal Street in the City of St. Louis.
