Repair/Rehabilitation Projects

The work includes a collection of detailed repair, rehabilitation, replacement, and demolition tasks and related specifications with established Unit Prices for each task. A master contract is executed with a Contractor and work is accomplish by means of issuance of Orders For Services under the master Contract.
