South: Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard/Village Boulevard/Community Drive East: N Flagler Drive/36th Street/A1A-US Hwy 1
West: N Military Trail
Occupancy is estimated 10/1/15. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire and life safety and accessibility. A fully serviced lease is required.
