The Government is seeking to lease approximately 5000ABOA-15,000ABOA square feet of retail/office space for up to a two year lease in the following delineated area:
North: W Blue Heron Boulevard
South: Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard/Village Boulevard/Community Drive East: N Flagler Drive/36th Street/A1A-US Hwy 1
West: N Military Trail
Occupancy is requested by August 31, 2014. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire and life safety, accessibility standards. A fully service lease is requested.
