Rental of Uniforms and Mats
The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Sealed Bid is to establish a term contract with one qualified source that can provide rental and delivery of uniforms and mats for the County Division. The County has an estimated 15 employees that will be covered by this contract. No fuel surcharges are allowed. The initial term of this contract will be from October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012. The contract may be renewed by the County upon written agreement of both parties. The contract may be renewed for four successive one year periods, under the terms of the contract, and at a reasonable time prior to the expiration.
