This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Texas Army National Guard intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the rental of chemical latrines and hand wash stations along with the daily cleaning of each. See the attached solicitation, W912L1-14-T-0161, for details
