Rental and Cooperative Housing Production and Preservation
This RFP encourages the provision of family housing that is affordable to low and very low income households. It also encourages the submission of applications that can provide permanent rental housing for the growing number of veterans living in the Boston area. Proposals that provide housing to homeless households are also encouraged to apply.
