This Sources Source / Market Research is seeking interested contractors for the purpose of eventually being awarded a contract at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida to furnish all labor, materials, transportation and equipment necessary to provide and service portable latrines, hand wash stations and restroom trailers at locations designated by the COR on Tyndall AFB. This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis for market research purposes only. This is NOT a Request for Proposal. A formal solicitation has not yet been developed, however a solicitation is planned for release during fiscal year 2020. Detailed requirements and instructions will be provided through a formal solicitation. The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 562991. All interested firms should notify this office in writing by email of your interest in this notice. Responses should include identification of Company, Cage Code, Business size and status, Proof of experience, and Capability. Capabilities statements shall be accompanied by a cover page that includes the Name, Telephone number, and E-mail address of a company representative, the Company's address, and their CAGE Code and SAM status. Capabilities statement shall be limited to no more than 10 single-sided, type-written pages total, not including the cover page. Information submitted in response to this notice will be treated as potential source selection sensitive information and not generally releasable to the public. This is a Sources Sought for planning purposes and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought. The Government will not pay for any material provided in response to this market research nor will the government return any data provided.
