The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to provide rental washers and dryers to include hook-up, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure continuous and safe operation.  The contractor shall provide new machines at the locations and quantity specified in Appendix B of the PWS.
