This quotation is for the rental of the items
listed below. There are 2 career fairs held
each year.
Items listed below are for both rentals.
Items are subject to change closer to the
event date(s).
Spring 2009 is held February 4-5.
Set up to be complete by 11 a.m., Feb 3.
Take down is required Feb 5, between 4:30
and 6 p.m.
Fall 2009 , firm date is yet to be determined,
but is usually the 1st Tuesday in October.
Tentatively Oct 6 & 7. Set up to be complete
by 11 a.m., Oct 5. Take down on Oct 7,
between 4:30 and 6 p.m. These dates are
subject to change.
Set up: Must be completed by 11 a.m. on the
day prior to the career fair.
Take down: Must be completed by 6 p.m. of
the 2nd (last) day of the career fair. Events end
at 4 p.m. each day.
