Rent Reasonableness and Flat Rent Comparability Survey Tool
Miami-Dade County, herein referred to as the County, is soliciting bid solicitations for a Rent Reasonableness and Flat Rent Comparability Survey Tool for the Miami-Dade Housing Agency (MDHA). MDHA requires an on-demand, web based, subscription fee system capable of identifying the most current comparisons between private market rental property and current property listings. The proposed solution is desired to provide MDHA end users with the ability to select the number of comparables within a certain geographical area this including maps within the area and possible other unit comparables or as many units to use in the rent reasonableness determination. The system should allow the certification of the appropriate rent this including the date of the certification.
