Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources with the capability to provide the rental of a (450 ton) air-cooled chiller and related services for the Viera Outpatient Clinic (OPC) located in Viera, Florida.
The Contractor shall furnish to the Government all labor, equipment, supplies, supervision, travel, and other services necessary to provide the rental of a (450-ton) air-cooled chiller, monthly maintenance & monitoring, for the Viera OPC.
This is a market research/sources sought synopsis only, (not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5). This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is for planning/information purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment or a promise of a contract by the Government. This is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a Request for Bid, Request for Quote or Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this survey.
For the purpose of this acquisition, the NAICS code is 532490 Other Commercial & Industry Machinery & Equipment Rental, and the small business size standard is $32,500,000.00 is applicable. This survey is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources and services pursuant to FAR Part 10.
Interested parties shall provide a capability statement that addresses the organization s qualifications and ability as a prime contractor to provide services. Capability statements shall include the following business information:
