The National Park Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Contraction project: Renovation Comfort Station at Whalebone Junction, The construction site is located at US Hwy 12, Nags Head, NC 27959. DARE County. The Whalebone Comfort Station is a restroom building constructed circa 1980 of wood framing, wood pile foundation. SEE PWS
