Renovations to the University Police Operations Center

The project is for renovation work to the University Police first floor dispatch areas and basement locker room areas. The project includes demolition of masonry walls, suspended acoustic ceilings, tile floor finishes, electrical power equipment and lighting fixtures, and associated mechanical ductwork. New construction includes masonry walls and steel lintels, metal framed gypsum board partitions, new doors and frames, suspended ceilings and lighting, new casework, floor finishes and bullet resistant barriers. Electrical modifications include new electrical panels, circuits and devices. Mechanical modifications will be made to existing mechanical system and ductwork including the installation of new ventilation and cooling equipment. Exterior windows and doors are to remain.
