Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to provide renovations to Room 482B, Building 1320 at the Naval Undersea Warf are Center Division New port (NUWCDIVNPT).
The magnitude of the requirement per FAR 36.204, is betw een $25,000 and $100,000.
The proposal is due by 9 November 2019, 2:00 PM Local Time. This project is a total small business set aside. NAICS Code 236220 w ith a corresponding size standard of $36.5 Mil and FSC of Z2AZ.
Site visit is schedule for 23 October 2019 @ 10:00 AM local time. See base requirements located in the supplemental instructions of this solicitation.
Aw ard w ill be made to the offeror submitting the low est price technically acceptable quote. In order to be determined technically acceptable, offeror must submit a technical capability statement outlining their experience and capability to complete the project identified in the Statement of Work (SOW). Additionally, offeror must provide a brief narrative describing how they w ill accomplish the SOW task.
