RFP : Renovations to Interview Room in Massachusetts, United States

The City is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for renovations to an interview room.

Phase I

Venting and other miscellaneous openings to be covered for dust control.

Cut access holes in concrete block walls for six (6) new doorways.

Install lentils at all new doorways

Install new door jambs and re-use owner’s doors and hardware

Block in double door in hallway and one (1) door to existing office from other hallway and patch where necessary.
Phase II

Venting and other miscellaneous openings to be covered for dust control

Build new three (3) 8’x8’ concrete block walls and one (1) 8’x12’ concrete block wall for office partitions

Install one (1) new door jamb and re-use owner’s doors and hardware

Paint new walls and jamb

Patch in vct tile where necessary
