This project will include renovations to rooms 105, 115, 116, and 117 within building 116 at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport, RI. The work includes the demolition of interior walls, structural steel, suspended ceiling system, and miscellaneous electrical and HVAC system components.
The new work includes construction of new walls, suspended ceiling systems, new rooftop 5 ton HVAC unit and associated ductwork, sprinkler system work, carpeting, painting, lighting and power, as well as, all other work necessary for a complete and useable facility
