Renovations at University

The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for a constituent institution of the University to select a Construction Management (CM) firm to provide professional management and construction services during design and construction of the Renovations. The Project is to be carried out at the expense of Client, and not at the expense of University, pursuant to agreements between the University and the Client. The Client has designated the University to represent the Client with regard to award and administration of the CM contract.
