TOTAL PROJECT OBJECTIVES SUMMARY
Fully renovate the existing 9,984 square foot building to provide economical space for the Franklin Site to meet current and future instructional needs.
Provide seven classrooms with audio/visual and computer capabilities.
Provide a welding shop to accommodate ten welding stations in five hoods and all of the associated support spaces and utilities.
Provide office space for faculty and administrators.
Provide restroom and break room amenities.
Provide all supporting engineered systems to ensure quality power, lighting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, fire protection and alarm, security, data network and telephone system, security, audio/ visual, and closed circuit television
