Renovations
Scope of work includes renovation of approximately 11,500 SF of interior space with a new raised handicapped accessible drive thru, portico, and gardens. Trades/activities involved would include, but not be limited to: site work, demolition, concrete, masonry, steel framing, wood framing, roofing, windows, doors, flooring, ceilings, gypsum board walls, painting, miscellaneous specialties, sprinkler work, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical.
