Project scope consists of constructing a 2500 s.f. deck on the 3rd floor. The construction will require the infill of open-air atrium space on the 3rd level, adding mechanical equipment and a mezzanine above the new student commons to supplement the building’s cooling system, adding an open stair in the north atrium from the 3rd floor student commons to the ground level, and minor renovations.
