Mandatory walk-through 01/06/2010.
Renovation of a 3-story building containing approximately 28,052 square feet. The majority of the existing interior wall partitions and interior finishes will be demolished. The project will include new partition walls, ceiling systems, lighting and floorings. Existing mechanical and electrical systems will be reused if possible.
