Renovation of the Library
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
The renovation will consist of replacement of the building's mechanical system, renovation of the existing plumbing and electrical systems, and renovation of interior spaces. The building's windows and roof will be replaced and clerestory lights will be added. The parking lot will be renovated and the site lighting will be replaced. Additional landscaping will be provided.
