qualified Firms with historic preservation experience for the renovation of the Historic Jail House Structure. This renovation project includes, but is not limited to: structural repairs, brick and masonry cleaning, a partial wood shingle replacement, fabrication and installation of new windows and doors, interior partitions & finishes, installation and integration of new building (MEP) systems.
