Projects involve the renovation of interior spaces including the demolition and construction of new metal framed walls, installation of new doors and frames, new or relocated light fixtures in new suspended ceilings, and new or relocated mechanical and electrical work serving these spaces. New finishes include gypsum board, carpet and painting. New whiteboards, acoustic panels and casework are also included. Project also involves demolition of a small detached greenhouse structure and connected utilities
