Renovation of Recreation Center
The City is soliciting sealed bids from experienced and financially stable Contractors who are interested in entering into one (1) or more Contracts that shall be awarded as a result of this Line Item Solicitation. The Contracts awarded shall be as follows:
Line Item #1 - Install Air conditioning and heating system.
Line Item #2 - Install a variety of flooring.
Line Item #3 - Renovate 4 restrooms and 2 locker rooms.
Line Item #4 - Renovate one (1) kitchenette.
Line Item #5 - Perform miscellaneous repair and renovation work.
Line Item #6 - Expand a pre-existing storage area.
Line Item #7 - Install a new store-front entranceway.
