Renovation of Mech, Elec, Fire Protection, & Security Systems
The fourteen buildings are occupied by various State Agencies and each building varies in size. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, upgrades or replacement of fire protection systems, including fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems; electrical systems, including replacement of outdated electrical systems, arch flash studies, one-line creation and verification; HVAC systems including new installation or replacement of outdated systems and controls; and the security system, including upgrade and replacement of existing security system.
