Renovation of Bldg 1240
The nature of the work would include but not be limited to demolition of structural elements, roofing systems, ceiling systems, plumbing elements, electrical, data, and lighting systems with proper remediation of hazardous materials. It would also include installation of a new fire suppression system, structural elements, roofing systems, ceiling systems, plumbing elements, and electrical, data, and lighting systems. The repair of existing steam heat systems and related duct and piping elements would be required as well.
The magnitude of this solicitation is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
