Renovation of Art Gallery
The project scope will include removal of the existing doors, ceiling grid & tile, wall base, carpet, lighting, potential asbestos containing floor tiles. The new scope of work will include new glass entrance, reconfiguration of existing perimeter walls to allow for art display, reconfiguration of HVAC, general lighting and art display lighting, reconfiguration of ceiling structure to allow for additional overhead mounted art display panels, and new flooring. Special design features will include art display cases, and donor signage.
