Renovation Project
Major items of work consists of materials, products, equipment, labor, services and incidentals necessary for selective demolition and renovations to portions of the existing center, to include but not limited to the addition of existing dining and activity spaces, kitchen alterations, entry renovation, installation of new lighting and the installation of a new grease interceptor, and related work.
