Renovation/Expansion of Existing Municipal Building
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify a qualified professional consultant/project manager (hereinafter termed Project Consultant) to assist the City of Beaver Dam in the development of architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, and bidding documents, utilizing all applicable codes and standards, for the expansion/renovation of the existing Municipal Building. Site development will also be part of this proposed work.
