Renovation, Technology Education Laboratory

The project is generally described as all labor, materials and equipment for demolition, patching of concrete floor slabs, masonry wall construction, mechanical and electrical work, and floor and wall finishes to match existing conditions. Chesterfield County Public Schools will renovate a portion of the shop at Swift Creek Middle School, with the plan for converting the space into a Technical Education Laboratory as a separate project.
