The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for the purposes of entering into a contract through competitive negotiations for the professional services of an Architectural/Engineering firm, authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, with experience in the renovation and preservation of historic structures with a focus on sealing of the exterior envelop, replacement of building systems and repair/preservation of affected building fabric of the Brafferton and adjacent kitchen.
