Renovation
The University wishes to enter into a contractual agreement with a qualified & licensed General Contractor to furnish all of the labor, the material, the tools, the equipment, the services and the supervision necessary to complete the renovation of the Building 7th floor per contract documents and specifications. This project will be constructed in the existing Building facility adjacent to occupied and functioning spaces, therefore great care in noise and dust control is essential. Some weekend work may be necessary for construction phases during which noise will be excessive (e.g., HVAC ductwork assembly, concrete coring, etc.).
