Renovation
The Work consists of a complete renovation of an existing 54,000 SF building that will include major demolition of interior partitions, structural concrete components, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, including hazardous material abatement. The work includes modifications to: the existing utilities; landscaping; excavation; and site paving. The existing exterior circulation spaces will be modified for ADA accessibility. The structural system includes slab on grade and concrete construction. A steel frame roof structure with metal decking will be constructed on the top of the building.
