Renovate Roof Overbuild (rebid)
Non-mandatory pre-bid meeting 02/25/2010.
Work is to include; the demolition and disposal of the existing membrane roofing system, the construction of a structural retrofit roof framing system and a new metal standing-seam roof. Additional exterior improvements include; new building entry, new stucco finish on portions of the existing building, new exterior lighting and extension of miscellaneous electrical appurtenances.
There is NO mechanical associated with this project.
