Renovate Refueler Maintenance Facility B636
Dover AFB, DE is seeking a contractor to provide all design, labor, materials, tools, and equipment to renovate building 636 (B636) as necessary to comply with specified design standards and with the Statement of Work (SOW). The work shall consist of, but is not limited to, the installation of a natural gas line, boiler, furnace and split air conditioning unit. Additionally, the work will require the modification of existing sanitary sewer lines, renovation of a restroom, floor restoration, and the demolition of a 400 sq ft building (B632).
