Renovate Military Base
Renovation of 9,000 SF space, HVAC system, ADA compliant restroom & shower facilities, new/upgraded classrooms, telecommunications room, new interior finishes, epoxy seal on the existing Assembly and Maintenance area floors, new stucco finish, new energy efficient windows, and new entrance system with keyless entry. A new pre-engineered metal building trash enclosure with metal gate, high-frequency radio antennae array, new underground electrical service to the building, off-site parking, storm water retainage bed, and minor street improvements.
