A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include; In the Chemistry building, replace steam heating coils with bypass dampers, replace pneumatic steam valves and bypass damper actuators with electric counterparts, and replace the condensate piping and fittings. In the Family Medicine building, install new split system air conditioning unit for classroom and modify HVAC ducting accordingly. Work at both sites above shall include all associated piping, controls, and electrical system modifications required for a complete and functional system.
