Renovate HVAC System
The project scope will include adding a new building automation system and DDC controls to the five main air handling units. In addition, several packaged terminal air conditioning units will be added, a dedicated cooling only data room unit will be installed, and an existing rooftop unit will be re-zoned to increase the overall comfort and operational effectiveness of the building.
